SINGAPORE, 13 June 2023 – PropNex Realty has today announced that it has sold three cluster semi-detached houses at Eleven @ Holland via tender. The three units were part of seven cluster semi-detached homes that were placed for sale via a tender, which closed at noon on 12 June 2023.
PropNex was appointed by the Char Yong (Dabu) Association, Singapore (the Vendor) to market its seven landed homes in Eleven @ Holland in Holland Link. The seven cluster semi-detached houses – with an average strata area of 3,735 sq ft - are all 3-storey plus attic and basement units, with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Six units come with tenancies, while another unit will be sold with vacant possession. The three units that have been sold come with tenancies.
Eleven @ Holland, in prime District 10 is a cluster landed housing project comprising a total of 82 semi-detached homes. The properties were completed in 2014 and have a 99-year leasehold land tenure commencing from December 2010.
Tracy Goh, Head of Investment and Collective Sales at PropNex, said, “We are pleased with the results as the three units are sold for between $1,050 psf and $1,079 psf (ranging from approximately $3.91 million to $4.02 million) – exceeding the Vendor’s expectations. All three properties are purchased by Singaporean buyers. There are other buyers who have expressed interest in purchasing the remaining four units which will now be sold via private treaty sale. We believe there is sustained demand for landed homes in Singapore, not just owing to their scarcity, but also changing lifestyle and preferences as people desire to have a more spacious home, or to enjoy multi-generational living.”
Apart from the tender for the sale of these seven properties, PropNex had separately marketed and sold 48 cluster semi-detached houses at Eleven @ Holland recently. In a statement issued on 8 June 2023, PropNex announced that it has collected 48 cheques from buyers for the purchase of the 48 properties which were put up for mortgagee sale. PropNex was appointed as the exclusive marketing agent for the mortgagee sale of the 48 properties by Hong Leong Finance.
